AlderGrid.com provides institutional product-planning information, concept renderings, buyer resources, and tools for preparing a project inquiry. The website is not a consumer checkout and does not accept an order or payment.

Pre-production information

AlderGrid is a controlled pre-production portfolio. Published dimensions, capacities, charging architecture, materials, prices, availability, and images are planning information and may change through engineering, sourcing, validation, or release review.

No UL, ETL, BIFMA, GREENGUARD, medical-grade, or other third-party certification is claimed unless it is expressly documented for the final product.

Quotes and orders

A submitted project request is not an offer, acceptance, reservation, or order. A written quotation identifies the products, quantities, current specifications, pricing, freight, taxes, delivery scope, exclusions, timing, warranty terms, and commercial conditions that apply to that project.

If website information conflicts with an accepted written quotation or order document, the accepted document controls.

Device fit and site responsibility

Buyers must confirm the exact device model, protective case, charging connector, adapter requirements, loaded mobility conditions, room access, cleaning process, and intended use before ordering. Healthcare applications described on this site are IT and training-support contexts outside patient vicinity unless a final product document expressly states otherwise.

Acceptable use
