Accessibility

Product planning should work without unnecessary barriers.

AlderGrid builds keyboard, screen-reader, responsive, and reduced-motion considerations into the website and provides a route for accessibility help.

Effective July 28, 2026

Our approach

AlderGrid aims to make its product, planning, and contact information usable by as many people as practical. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as a design and review reference; AlderGrid does not claim third-party accessibility certification.

Measures built into the website

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables, and form labels.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, product galleries, forms, and quote controls.
  • A skip link and visible focus treatment.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful product and lifestyle images.
  • Responsive layouts with horizontal gallery controls on smaller screens.
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it in their device settings.
  • Status messages that are announced after contact and quote submissions.

Documents and visual product material

Some downloadable PDFs, spreadsheets, detailed renderings, and dimension graphics may not provide the same experience in every assistive technology. Product-page text contains the key capacity, dimensions, fit, status, and purchasing information represented by those visuals.

An alternative description or format can be requested through the contact page.

Feedback and assistance

If a page, control, image, or document is difficult to use, contact AlderGrid with the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and the browser or assistive technology involved. The team will review the issue and provide the information another way when practical.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is reviewed as pages, product galleries, forms, and downloadable resources change. This statement records the current approach and will be updated when material improvements or limitations change.
