Quote process

Four documented decisions.

The quote is where product selection becomes a project scope. Each step removes a category of assumption before purchasing.

01

Define the fleet

Share device models, case dimensions, quantities, charging requirements, rooms, and the working cohort.

02

Confirm model fit

AlderGrid reviews capacity, bay dimensions, power compatibility, access, and the intended workflow.

03

Set the project scope

The quote identifies models, quantities, planned pricing, options, freight, inside delivery, installation, and known exclusions.

04

Complete release review

Final specifications, product status, timing, documentation, and project-specific requirements are confirmed before an order proceeds.

Buyer documents

Bring the same facts to every reviewer.

Use the planning schedule for comparisons, the catalog for the portfolio, and the safety page for current claim boundaries.

Procurement questions

Clarify these before approval.

Are the prices on AlderGrid.com final delivered prices?

No. Published amounts are planned MSRP. Freight, taxes, inside delivery, installation, options, and volume terms are separate unless the written quote states otherwise.

Are AlderGrid charging carts in stock?

No in-stock claim is made. AlderGrid is a controlled pre-production platform, and availability and project timing must be confirmed in the quote.

What information is needed for device-fit review?

Provide manufacturer and model, device dimensions, protective-case dimensions, charging connector, original adapter wattage, fleet quantity, and any mixed-device exceptions.

Does AlderGrid claim UL, ETL, BIFMA, or medical certification?

No. Final ratings, construction, labels, and certification claims remain subject to qualified engineering and third-party evaluation.

Prepare the request

Put the model mix and project context in one place.

Select products, set quantities, and send the project directly to the AlderGrid team for review.
